We are delighted to collaborate with Yuanpei University of Medical Technology, for holding “Floral Serenity” Murphy Chen’s solo exhibition at Guangyu Art Center. Not only did the artist make his appearance to share his concept at the opening reception on 3/14, but also the university’s representative and local media showed tremendous support and did an interview at the exhibition. In addition, the art center also invited Chupei Senior High School dance class to give a performance to coincide with the opening, resulting in a lively atmosphere that brought out the beauty of the works.

Floral Serenity was on from 3/7 to 5/4, highly praised by the school teachers, students, and various people who visited. Moreover, Guangyu Art Center collaborated with us by inviting Yichia Liao and Murphy Chen to give lectures for students and asked our artists, gallery director, and artistic director to judge the student photography competition that was held alongside the event. We are pleased to be involving the community with contemporary photography by these events and hope that more people could experience the beauty of the photographic medium.
