UP Gallery is pleased to announce we will participate in the 2021 ART TAIPEI. The dates of the event are from 10. 22(Fri)-25(Mon).  10. 21(Thu) is the preview for SVIP and VIP. We would like to invite you to join this grand event!

UP Gallery booth L09, will present Image Introspection: A Group Exhibition of UP Gallery’s Artists. From documentary works by Ronghui Chen and Kurt Tong where each delves delicately into stories and narratives to Shen Wei, Wu Ding, and Yichia Liao’s self-exploration series, we witness how images confront issues in a critical manner while retaining its ability to illustrates moods and feelings with tonality and composition. On the other hand, Indian artists Sameer Tawde and Philippe Caila take on a more humorous and imaginative course and fumbles through staging and interactive elements such as rotating frames to illustrate a discourse of introspection through constructed realities. Lastly, hidden within the booth is a “secret section” that will present Poem #1, from American artist Mona Kuhn’s famous female nudes series. The gallery hopes that the booth can showcase gallery artist’s rich creative processes in this introspective group show.
