2017 PhotoFairs Shanghai was a huge success! We would like to thank all of you who came to our stand to view our works. We witnessed a great number of VIPs at the opening and numerous collectors, curators, artists, directors, and celebrities from all over the world came to participate in this event. Moreover, in four short days, a total of 30,000 visitors visited the fair reminding us of the passion for photography in China is truly incredible.

Supported by the Ministry of Culture UP Gallery is the only gallery to represent Taiwan to exhibit alongside 50 international galleries with leading photography works. This year the fair has grown even more global, inviting museums and institutions such as the Australian Center of Photography (Australia), Shanghai Himalayas Museum(Shanghai), Maison Europeenne de la Photographie(France), and professionals like Simon Baker (Tate museum’s photography director) and Liu Heung Shing (SCOP’s founder)…etc to join the fair. The series of talks and events also bring together the most recent trends in the photography field. This year the press and media were interested as ever and UP Gallery earned a few exclusive interviews! (We will be posting them shortly on our social media websites)

We would like to thank you once again to all of you and a special thanks to the new friends we were able to meet this year. 2017 Photofairs Shanghai was another great milestone for us and we will continue to thrive in the field of photography and lead our artists to an even greater platform!
