We would like to share with you the great success of Photo London 2019. This is the first year for UP Gallery to participate and we are proud to be the rare Asian galleries participating in this international leading photography fair. We would like to thank all those who came to D12 and are thrilled we have received such a great response in Europe! It is truly fascinating what artists Chen Ronghui and Wu Chi Tsung are achieving, the former shedding new light on the northeast of China and the latter pushing the boundaries of cyanotypes. Featured in the British Journal of Photography, New York Times, FT Magazine, and various other platforms we witnessed collectors and audiences thrilled to finally see Ronghui’s works. On the other hand, people had the special opportunity to understand firsthand the process of Chi Tsung’s Cyano Collages and we are delighted that Martin Barnes (Senior Curator of Photographs of the V & A Museum) felt it was one of the most breathtaking piece in the Discovery section.
