2015 Art Taichung has come to an end and was a great success. UP Gallery sincerely thanks all who have come to visit us during the event. We have once again impressed our viewers with great photographic works. Photographic works with their distinguishing characteristics have influenced many. In the contemporary art world, it has become one of the leading media and has gained an important position. In the world, we live in today photography plays the role of delivering messages and is widely used. It has the elements of capturing realistic ambiance, preserving specific moments, and creating a sense of life. These factors are rarely found in other media forms. Moreover, with the use of a digital darkroom, the possibilities are even greater!

Sharing the same characteristics with prints and sculptures photography also has a set of rules when it comes to collecting. Editions, the value of the works, and preserving works are all part of the collecting process. As always we have thrived to educate our viewers and hope that more people in Taiwan can become accustomed to these ideals. We would like to thank all of you for understanding and sharing your passion for art with us.
